I’ve always enjoyed writing, the first time I tried to write a book I was 9 years old (I still have the original copy of my first page). I loved reading too, I would fly through Jacqueline Wilson books in primary school, immersing myself in different stories. For me, reading was an escape (cliché I know), but I was so fascinated at how words could have such an impact on someone.
I’d like to write posts that people actually want to read, where they feel as if they are here with me too, going through the same experiences with me. I want to document my mistakes (I’ve made a lot of them) in hopes that someone learns from it. I want to tell you about the moments where I’ve felt so overcome with joy I can hardly remember what sadness feels like, and I want to tell you about the moments where I’ve felt my heart break into a million pieces.
I feel as if I have some stories that I’d like to tell, thoughts I’d like to share and some travelling photos I want you all to see! All I am providing you with is honesty and sincerity as I document a little bit of my life, and (hopefully) learn a little about myself too.
